PURPOSE:To judge occurrence of fault easily even for slow variation of gas pressure by comparing the time variation of the gas pressure with a preset judgement level. CONSTITUTION:Signals fed from gas pressure sensors S1-S4 are amplified through an amplifier 5 to a proper level then they are fed to a low pass filter LPF where high frequency components are removed. A multiplexer MPX takes in the output from the low pass filter and feeds it to a gas pressure variation detecting means 6. Time variation of the detected gas pressure is compared in a comparator CMP with a reference judgement level EP set a by judgement level circuit 8 the output therefrom is led to a fault point output circuit 7. When the time variation level PX of the gas pressure exceeds over the judgement level PX, the comparator CMP sets a 'H' output which is fed to the fault point output circuit 7, and the gas section selected by the multiplexer MPX is outputted as the faulty gas section. |
