<p>In a device for uniform and simultaneous or alternate application of electric, magnetic and electromagnetic waves, without dispersion or attenuation in air, on one or several regions without limitation of area, a volume of liquid is used to conduct the waves. The generator(s) (A, B) is (are) moulded or mounted on the outside of the container (1). The receptor regions are immersed or in external contact with one flexible face (2) of the container.
