PURPOSE:To increase the strength of a rotor and to readily manufacture the rotor having a plurality of rotor cores by connecting rotors therebetween by a larger conductor than a rotor conductor between rotor cores. CONSTITUTION:Conductors 55 are welded with a plurality of rotor conductors 5 as one set by the conductors 55 different from the conductors 5 on one end faces of a plurality of rotor cores 2, 3 formed integrally by an aluminum die casting method. Larger conductors 5 than the conductors 5 can be used, and a problem of a variable speed induction motor having A plurality of rotor cores in which the strength of the rotor between the cores 2 and 3 is apprehended is eliminated. The conductors 55 used here include copper, brass, stainless steel, copper-nickel alloy, iron, etc. |
