The clamp (14) has two resilient spaced arms (16',16") extending in a common plane and held at the outer ends by a frame (15), the inner free ends facing each other in opposition with a distance less than the dia. of the handle (11) so as to forcefully fit onto notches (12',12") and hold the handle in between. The arms in position bend in relation to the solid frame (15) to clamp or unclamp a wiperhead (13) with claws at respective outer ends. The device removably attaches a rag or brush to the wiperhead for easy washing and drying or replacing of the rag.
