<p>PURPOSE:To enable a listener to enjoy a sound in any part of a source with a feeling of presence without wasting any extra setting time by providing a sound signal processing part which changes a source-side sound signal reproduced from the source according to a sound field data signal, and outputs an optimum sound signal corresponding to a desired sound field. CONSTITUTION:A sound field code recorded previously in a source reproduction part 2 is sent out to a sound field code decoding part 3 at the time of source reproducing in synchronism with the source and the code is decoded by this sound field code decoding part 3 and sent out to a sound signal processing part 4 as a sound field data signal Sd. This decoding is performed extremely fast, so the source-side sound signal Sm is changed in the sound signal processing part with the sound field data signal Sd 4 according to the change of respective parts of the source to obtain optimum sound signal Sm'. Consequently, the listener enjoys the feeling of presence without any trouble in each part of the source.</p> |
