<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate having good outward appearance while shortening a cycle time and reducing installation cost by also simultaneously performing the mounting of a hinge pipe material at the time of the molding of a laminate main body and cutting the protruding part from a mold. CONSTITUTION:The base material arranged to the lower mold 2 of a mold 5 along with upper and lower skin materials is pressed by the molding surfaces opposed to each other of the upper and lower molds 4, 2 of the mold 5 to laminate both skin materials to both upper and under surfaces of the base material. At the same time, the hinge pipe material 17 arranged in the recessed groove 2b of the lower mold 2 along with a hinge receiving member 18 is mounted to the base material by the caulking action of the hinge receiving member 18 to the base material. The parts protruding from the mold 5 of both skin materials are cut by the cutting operation of the cutting blade 10 arranged to the outer periphery of the mold 5 in a liftable manner and a laminate W integrally having the hinge pipe material 17 provided to the single surface of the main body thereof can be obtained.</p> |
