PURPOSE:To improve installation workability by providing a lineal cut-off part through a breaking process on both edges in the longitudinal direction of a core material consisting of a belt type metal plate with a number of open holes and by making it possible to pull out a sectionally disposed core material after the formation of trim packing by coating synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A breaking process by a breaker is applied adjacent to both longitudinal ends of a core material 1 consisting of a belt type metal plate provided with a number of open holes 2 in the lateral and longitudinal directions, so as to provide a sectional part 5 in a line linking the open holes 2. A trim packing material 3 is formed by protruding protruded lips as well as coating the core material 1 with a coating material such as synthetic resin. The core material 1 of a belt type metal plate exposed on the sectional part of the trim packing material 3 is cut off from a cut-off part 5 and pulled out. Consequently, it is possible for the worker in charge of the installation of trim packing materials to protect himself from getting hurt with belt type metal plate core materials exposed on edge parts. |
