The invention relates to a mesh cableway of soldered metallic wires, of the type comprising U-shaped transverse elements (1) and longitudinal elements (2, 3, 4) soldered to the horizontal (1a) and vertical (1b) parts of the transverse wires. The longitudinal edge wires (4) are soldered in the vicinity of the ends of the transverse wires (1b) on the side opposite to where the other longitudinal wires (3) of the vertical parts (1b) of the transverse wires (1) are soldered and that these longitudinal edge wires (4) are bent (5) in the vicinity of the transverse wires (1b) in such a way that they circumvent the transverse wires (1b) and that virtually the whole of their length is situated in the same vertical plane as the other longitudinal wires (3) soldered to the vertical parts (1b) of the transverse wires (1). <IMAGE>
