PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the collector current of an injector transistor (TR) and to improve the operation characteristics of a circuit by connecting a diode to the base of the injector TR and raising its base potential. CONSTITUTION:The base potential of a TRQ1 is the forward voltage VF of the diode D higher than the earth potential, the collector current Ic(Q1) of the injector TRQ1 flows efficiently, and the TR1 operates only in an active area. While the TRQ1 operates in the active area, its amplification factor alpha is close to 1. Further, the current amplification factor of a TRQ2 is also close to 1 on a circuit, so a current flowing an output terminal OUT as the collector current Ic is nearly as large as an injector current Iinj. |
