<p>PURPOSE: To prevent incomplete hardening by applying a polymer composite material having a catalyst layer containing a migrative catalyst compsn. and a chemical hardening coating layer on a base body. CONSTITUTION: The base body coated with a polymer coating material substantially before migrating consists of a base body, a catalyst layer deposited on the base body and a hardening coating material layer comprising a dispersion liquid of a pigment in a chemical hardening binder resin compsn. on the catalyst layer. The dispersion liquid consists of a binder resin which is hardened with isocyanate, an isocyanate compd. in an effective amt. to react with the binder resin, and a magnetic pigment. The catalyst layer contains the migrative catalyst compsn. in an effective amt. so that the catalyst compsn. migrates into the hardening coating material layer to promote hardening of the layer. Therefore, when the layers are in a state not hardened or partially hardened, sticking, scratching or contamination with dust or dirt can be prevented.</p> |
