The machine is used for transplanting rice-sprouts and simulataneously spreading fertilizer near the transplanted ricesprouts. The fertilizing device (9) supplying powdered fertilizer is driven by a roll in the forward/backward direction or circumferential direction of a shaft center. The height of a fertilizer tank installed at the upper part from the rotating center of a wheel (2) is almost equal to that of a honnet (16) in a body's front part. The driving shaft (15) of the fertilizer supplying part is extended to the transplanting device and movably in connection with a rod (22), so that the shaft (15) is drived rotatably by the reciprocating motion of the transplanting device.
