PURPOSE:To eliminate the reverse flow of liquid or gas through a liquid sending- out flow passage and to prevent germs from invading into the flow passage by providing a 2nd valve means for closing the liquid sending-out passage except the cleaning period when the liquid is sent out, and disposing the vessel kept in a positive pressure even when the said valve means is opened for cleaning. CONSTITUTION:An effluent valve 34 is provided in the vicinity of outer open end part of the sending-out flow passage 50 for a fluid 12, and the sending-out flow passage 56 is hermetically intercepted between the outer open end and a hollow thread module 62 by the effluent valve 34 except the cleaning period. Consequently, the invasion of germs into the sending-out flow passage 56 is perfectly obstructed during non-operational period, and the pollution of the inside of the sending-out flow passage 56 and hollow threads 64 consisting of porous membrane is effectively prevented. Moreover, even when the cleaning is carried out by opening the effluent valve 34, the fluid flowing through the passage is always flowed in the effluent direction because the flow is made by the pressure difference between the receiving space 12 of the vessel main body 10 and the outside, so that the invasion of germs into this flow passage 56 is prevented. |
