PURPOSE:To remarkably curtail the power consumption by constituting the title circuit so that a current is allowed to flow only in a period which is set by pulse width of a trigger signal at the time of pulling up an output. CONSTITUTION:At the time of outputting an 'H' level, when a trigger signal phicorresponding to an input signal In is applied to a level shift use transistor 4 through a fourth MOS transistor 7 by a second control signal VG, the level shift use transistor 4 is driven by a trigger, and thereafter, a third MOS transistor 6 drives the level shift use transistor 4 while operating like a self-bias. Accordingly, a first MOS transistor 1 for pull-up of an output is turned on, and when the output goes to completely an 'H' level, operation of the level shift use transistor 4 stops. In such a way, the power consumption is reduced. |
