The equipment is used for automatically cutting and grinding glass lenses according to the size of the rim. A rim fixing part (5) an a lens rotating axis (6), which turn on their axis, are installed at either end of L-type stand (4) moving round a center axis (2) of a base (1). The stand (4) moves up and down according to the face of a curved plate. A diamond grinding device, which is fixed at the lower part of a rotation axis (15), moves up and down so that it may be positioned at one side of the axis (6).
