PURPOSE:To offer a heat-sensitive transfer-type ink sheet which solves a problem of static electricity regardless of the composition of a sticking prevention layer and a heat-melting ink layer and is not easily charged electrically even when humidity is low by providing a primer layer which contains electroconductive powder dispersed in binder resin, with low resistance and does not transfer an image thermally between the heat-melting ink layer and a base. CONSTITUTION:A heat-sensitive transfer material consists of a low-resistance primer layer which contains electroconductive powder dispersed in binder resin and does not transfer an image thermally, between a heat-melting ink layer and a base film. Thus this heat-sensitive transfer material has the significantly reduced electrostatic charging property of a heat-sensitive transfer-type ink sheet. In addition, the primer layer does not influence the color of heat-melting ink because it does not transfer an image thermally, and also is almost not influenced by humidity because it is electron-conductive. The electroconductive powder is such as electroconductive carbon, metal powder, metal carbonyl compounds or metal oxides which permit the conduction of electrons. |
