PURPOSE:To obtain the subject nonwoven fabric suitable for filter for medical treatment such as blood plasma fraction, etc., without attaching vital cells or fine particles by spinning by melt-blowing method using purified gas in purified atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:Manufacturing room 10 installing air filtering device 13 in ceiling and spinning room 11 installing air filtering device 11a are purified to preferably <=100,000 class. Extruder 22 is provided in spinning room, supplied with purified resin from container 21 and molten resin is extruded through nozzle 23a of spinning head 23. Air is injected through air nozzle 23b to said extruded resin fluid and resultant fiber 41 is interlaced, laid on net conveyor 30 and conveyed with cooling to obtain the aimed non-woven fabric 42. |
