PURPOSE: To obtain stockings compressing a leg as shown in a compression longitudinal section in which compression forces are reduced from an ankle part to an upper femoral part and used for treating a patient having a venous disease in the leg. CONSTITUTION: The objective stockings for treating the slight venous disease of a leg part 4 are obtained by controlling the compression force of an ankle part 34 to 20-24mmHg, preferably approximately 22mmHg, the compression force of a calf part 36 to approximately 59% of the compression force at the ankle part 34, the compression force of a femoral part 38 to approximately 45% of the compression force of the ankle part 34 and further the compression force of a foot part 40 to approximately 68% of the compression force of the ankle part 34.
