Slide valves (15,21) having pins and stepped member are combined into one-side guide groovers (11a,18a) which are formed with a plurality of holes (12,13,19,20) at a rotary planary plate and a fixed planary plate. Slide valves (17,23) are combined into other side guide grooves (11b,18b).
