<p>PURPOSE:To shield cross talk which is generated between the (m-1)th layer and the (m+1)th layer without decreasing characteristic impedance by providing many grounding thin lines which are directly connected to the (m-1)th layer and the (m+1)th layer at the (m)th layer. CONSTITUTION:Differential waveforms appear as cross talk patters (f) in a signal (e) on a wiring (b) owing to the rise-up edge and the fall-down edge of a signal (d) on a wiring (a). The effect of the waveform on the wiring (b) occurs in the signal on the wiring (a). Erroneous action occurs by said cross talk. To prevent the cross talk, a shielding plate comprising many grounding wirings 1a and 1b and slits 2 is inserted between the wirings (a) and (b). The wirings (a) and (b) and a signal line form right angles. A numeral 3 denotes a grounding frame. Coupling by the stray capacitance from the wiring (a) to the wiring (b) is shielded by the insertion of a shielding layer.</p> |
