<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a light and thin work glove excellent in solvent resistance, etc., by applying a specified polyurethane resin emulsion with heat-sensitive gelation properties to a glove substrate heated by a hand shaped mold form of a specified temperature and drying the emulsion. CONSTITUTION:A hand-shaped mold form 2 is heated for gelation of an polyurethane resin emulsion 3 and a glove substrate 1 is inserted thereinto for application of the emulsion 3 without applying liquid pressure followed by gelation and heat treatment by a hot-air drying oven. An emulsion (2-15wt.% nonionic surfactant with 6-18 HLB is used based on the polymer) obtained by chain lengthening a polyurethane (0.2-1.5wt.% free isocyanate group content and 5-20wt.% oxyethylene chain content) prepared by reacting a polyisocyanate with a compound with 200-10,000 molecular weight and plural active hydrogen atoms in 1.02-1.2 NCO group/active hydrogen atom molar ratio using a polyamine compound (containing plural primary and/or secondary amino groups in one molecule) is required.</p> |
