PURPOSE:To facilitate air filling operation by composing a valve mounting joining line of a primary line including a disjointed section in a position intersecting a valve and a secondary line connected at its ends with the ends of the disjointed section of the primary line with its intermediate part extending across a part provided with an unattached strip of the inner walls of the valve to thereby form a valve opening. CONSTITUTION:In order to permit air to be filled at one time in the two airtight bags 1 joined together, these two bags are extended and joined at an outer joining line 9 and an air passage 10 with an air entrance opening 11 is formed in communication with each other. The air entering from the air entrance opening is filled in the airtight bags 1 through an opening 12 and a valve 6 of each bag due to a rise in the inner pressure of the air passage. The valve mounting joining line 8 is composed of a primary line 14 including a disjointed section 3 at a part intersecting the valve 6 and a secondary line 17 whose intermediate part 15 is extended across a part provided with an unattached strip 16 of the inner wall of the valve and which is curved for connection at its ends with the ends of the disjointed section of the primary line. The disjointed section of the primary line is not subjected to joining heat, preventing the inner walls of the valve 6 from fusing together to thereby form an opening 12. |
