发明名称 VOICE ANALYZING AND SYNTHESIZING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the overload distortion of the title device by analyzing/ encoding voice waveforms which damping waveforms having steep rises in the opposite direction. CONSTITUTION:Inputted voice waveforms are converted into digital values by means of an A/D converter 1 and tentatively stored in a storage device 2. The digital values stored in the device 2 are read out from the last sampling data and coded by means of an ADPCM (adaptive differential pulse coding modulation) coder 3. The ADPCM coded data thus obtained are written in a semiconductor memory of a ROM 4, etc. The ADPCM coded data in the ROM 4 are read out by means of an ADPCM decoder 5 and synthesized voice waveforms are obtained through a D/A converter 6. Thus voice waveforms which are damping waveforms having steep rises are analyzed/coded in the opposite direction to the temporal direction. Therefore, synthesized voices having less overload distortion can be obtained.
