TILT AND SWIVEL SUPPORT A tilt and swivel apparatus supports a structure such as a CRT display device above a stable base. Separate tilt and swivel mechanisms are provided to improve the stability of the apparatus. Stop elements limit the extent of tilting and rotation which is permitted. An internal passage is provided for cable connections to the supported structure.
