PURPOSE:To improve the man-machine interface by displaying a recording elapsed time from the head position of a mail to a recording elapsed time display section of a terminal equipment during the recording period of the mail. CONSTITUTION:Recording elapsed time display sections 261-26n and clock means 271-27n are provided to terminal equipments 221-22n, while a mail equipment 23 is provided with the 1st time calculation means 28 and the 2nd time calculation means 29 respectively. In the case of recording a mail, the initial data is sent to a mail equipment 23 at first by the initial setting, the time is calculated by the 1st time calculation means 28, the terminal equipment 221 uses a clock means 271 to revise the time as an initial value and the time is displayed sequentially to the recording elapsed time display section 261. Thus, the recording elapsed time from the head position of the mail is displayed on the recording elapsed time display section 261. Thus, the man-machine interface at the recording of the multi-medium mail is improved. |
