PURPOSE: To allow a probe to selectively rotate at a predetermined position in a tube and move without being accompanied with slipping or creeping, by setting a circular member, a driving means, a rotating means and a control means. CONSTITUTION: In the probe supporter-driving assembly 200, a probe supporter 210 is suitably moved inside a tube 71 without slipping or creeping, because a probe 220 connected to the probe supporter 210 is allowed to selectively rotate at an optional position and follow a linear scanning path or a spiral scanning path having a variable pitch inside the tube 71. An electric wire can be accommodated in a hollow part of the supporter 210. Data of physical properties of the tube 71 received from an inspecting device are taken from the inspecting device and probe 220 via the electric wire to a data-analyzing device 223. The assembly 200 is engaged with the supporter 210 having a male screw part, allowing the probe 220 to correctly move inside the tube 71 in a predetermined scanning pattern and obtain data related to physical properties of the tube 71. |
