<p>PURPOSE:To extremely reduce a transmission data quantity by setting and transmitting an optimized interlace at every frame or at every area. CONSTITUTION:A first frame is transmitted as a still image, and then, image data on the next frame are inputted. The new image data are compared with the image data on the previous frame stored into a transmission memory 3b while an image pickup memory 3a is being rewritten. Further, the number of the picture elements to have fluctuated between both data is counted at every line, and a histogram at every line is obtained. In addition the line in which the number of the fluctuating picture elements is larger than a prescribed level is regarded as a fluctuation line, when the ratio of the number of the fluctuating lines for the total lines exceeds a prescribed level, the image is regarded as a whole moving image, and when the ratio does not satisfy the level, it is regarded as the partial moving image, and they are transmitted in different modes.</p> |
