摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize a relay and to execute high speed switching by using a current through a photodiode conducted by the incidence of the light from a drain side besides the output current of a solar battery in order to supply a charging current to the gate of an MOS type semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION:Both electrodes of the drain and source of a joining type FET 21 and the corrector, emitter and diode of a phototransistor 24 are connected in the sequence and serially between the drain and gate of an MOS type semiconductor device. The light from the external part is made incident on a solar battery 16 and simultaneously, made incident on the phototransistor 24. Thus, since the source of the MOS type semiconductor device is connected and conducted to the gate of the joining type FET 21 serially connected to the transistor 24, the charge current flows even from a drain side the charge current from the solar battery from the source side, at the gate of the device. For this reason, the charging-up of the MOS type semiconductor device is hastened and the area of the solar battery can be made smaller.</p>
