The dam arrangement including an inflatable and collapsible weir element comprises a draining water storage tank (4) which is connected to a weir body (1) or an air supplying and exhausting pipe (5), a pressurizing unit (9), an air supplying pipe (5) connecting the pressurizing unit (9) to the draining water storage tank (4), and a draining water exhausting pipe (6) form the tank (4). The pressure unit (4) is increased by the pressurizing unit (9) and the draining water is drained through the pipe (6).
