PURPOSE: To keep electric connection between a contact and a circuit terminal permanently regardless of bending stress by forming a loop and a bend for the axis extending substantially perpendicularly to the axis of a printed board having leads extending between zones from respective contact. CONSTITUTION: A microelectronic circuit is built in an integrated circuit 12 provided for a printed circuit 10. On the upper surface of a flexible sheet 13, six lead wires 14 connect contacts 15 with tabs 16. The contact 15 and the tab 16 have rectangular shape and the breadthwise direction thereof is set normal to the axis A of the sheet 13. The lead wire 14 is thin and the parts 14a, 14b touching the contact 15 and the tab 16 are arranged substantially perpendicularly to the axis A and a bend or a loop is formed for the axis A in the central part 14c. Consequently, elongation due to bending is compensated and the lead is protected against breakage. Even it one lead part is peeled off between a contact and a terminal of the integrated circuit due to an undue bending, it causes no breakage and electrical connection is ensured. |
