PURPOSE:To enhance the potential of a grid and facilitate the work by inserting grids of different materials at equal intervals into a thin film. CONSTITUTION:An atomic layer 1 comprises 30-40 atomic layers. When grids 2 of different compositions are inserted to near the center of the atomic layer 1, the grids 2 are placed at intervals short enough to produce the quantum mechanical effect thereof and can limit the motion of electrons which can move freely in the atomic layer 1. Therefore, only several layers are required for forming the atomic layer. This facilitates the work. |
