<p>PURPOSE:To improve the feed efficiency of steam by a method wherein, after a heating pipe is inserted through a hole formed in a lower pipe header and the upper end part of the heating pipe coincides with a hole formed in an upper pipe header, the heating pipe is connected to the upper and the lower pipe header by welding, and a boiler water flow passage is formed in a heating pipe part positioned in the lower pipe header. CONSTITUTION:Since, during heating of boiler water 30, the boiler water 30 in a heating pipe 5 is heated, the boiler water 30 in a steam generating part enters the heating pipe 5 through a boiler water flow passage 40a. Namely, the boiler water 30 in a lower pipe header 3 is at a normal temperature and the boiler water 30 enters the pipe 5 through the flow passage 40a of the pipe 5. In the pipe 5 in a lower pie header 3, when the boiler water 30 is heated in the pipe 5 by means of a heater 9 to a temperature lightly higher than an ordinary temperature, the boiler water rises within the pipe 5. In this case, the pipe 5 in the lower pipe header 3 prevents the occurrence of convection by means of a temperature difference in the boiler water 30 between the boiler water 30 inside the pipe 5 and the boiler water 30 outside the pipe 5 and therefore, a convection preventing part 5a performs its role. This constitution causes the rapid rise of the boiler 30 in the pipe 5 and causes the boiler water to produce steam in a short time for storage.</p> |
