PURPOSE: To obtain a therapeutic agent for microcirculation failure or a therapeutic agent for peripheral blood flow disorder or a shock by containing a specific diazepin or its acid-addition salt. CONSTITUTION: This therapeutic agent contains a compound expressed by formula I [A is 5,11-dihydro-6H-pyrido(2,3-b) [1,4]benzodiazepin-6-one bonded at the 11 position, 5,10-dihydro-11H-dibenzo [b,e][1,4]diazepin-11-one bonded at the 5 position, etc.; R1 is H, an 1-3C alkyl; R2 is an 1-3C alkyl; n, m are each 1-3] or their acid-addition salts, for example, 5,11-dihydro-11-[1-oxyo-2-methyl-6-(4- methyl-1-piperazinyl)-4-hexnyl]-6H-pyrido(2,3-b)[1,4]-benzodiazepin-6- one, as the active component. The compound manifests only extremely low affinity to muscarinic receptor, and therapeutic dosage of this compound does not produce undesirable atoropine-like adverse effect.
