PURPOSE:To prevent a printing paper from being broken and reduce a lowering in strength at the part of a continuous line by repeating dot printing with a larger impact force and dot printing with a smaller impact force at the time of printing with a large quantity of electricity. CONSTITUTION:Predetermined times are preliminarily set on a first timer 8 and a second timer 9, which are set simultaneously with the start of printing. A printing mode is then set. Where a weaker impact force is set, the first timer 8 is masked, and printing is conducted with a short energization time for magnets according to the second timer 9. Therefore, there is no possibility of breakage of a printing paper, even when continuous printing by the same needle is conducted for printing a horizontally long ruled line or the like. Where a stronger impact force is set, an adding part 5 in a controlling part 3 is cleared. For the first dot, an energization time is set based on the first timer 8, so that the first dot is printed with the stronger impact force, and the adding part 5 is incremented. |
