摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent a short circuit, and to improve reliability by forming all of conductive foils on a printed wiring board, with which the connecting terminal of an electronic part having a surface is joined, to the same shape and shaping other conductive foils in broad width on both sides of a conductive foil row. CONSTITUTION:When an electronic part 1 with surfaces is soldered to conductive foils 4 fitted onto a printed wiring board 3, the conductive foils 4 are also formed at every ten on one side and forty ones in total are arranged when connecting terminals 2 are shaped at every ten on one side. Conductive foils 5 are formed on both sides of the rows of the conductive foils 4 in eight in total. When the electronic part 1 with surfaces is soldered by a reflow soldering device, excess cream solder is drawn near to the conductive foils 5 on both sides by utilizing the conductive foils 5 on both sides, thus preventing a short circuit. When manual soldering is conducted, cream solder is not applied onto the conductor foil 5 on the start side and manual soldering is started, thus obviating solder shortage, then the conductive foils 5 contribute to the prevention of the short circuit on the side where manual soldering is completed, whereby the reliability of soldering is improved.</p>
