发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING BRAKE OF GRAVITY SHAFT
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To aim at prevention of falling of a gravity shaft by setting a time for operating a brake securely at the time of occurance of an alarm and then stopping the excitement of a servo motor after the operating time passes. CONSTITUTION:A brake device 14 is controlled not to be worked when a brake signal is at a high level. When a servo motor SM is rotation controlled by a moving command from a NC device 11, the generation of a servo alarm makes an alarm signal SAL at a high level. The alarm signal SAL' is output from a control signal generation unit OSG and also clocking is started. A command signal BES of NC device 11 is made to be zero and a brake signal BS is made to be zero by receiving the signal SAL' and also, when a brake operation time is passed, a resource signal MCC is turned off to stop an excitement. Accordingly, a motor is kept under excited condition before the brake is securely worked so that a gravity shaft does not fall.</p>
