<p>PURPOSE:To make compact and highly dense and to reduce costs by forming an internal circuit on a printed board with metal cores consisting of a printed circuit on a heating insulation layer supported by a metal plate. CONSTITUTION:A printed board 18 with metal cores is so constituted that a plurality of circuits 21 having required patterns on a heating insulation layer such as a mixed film filled with epoxy system resin film supported on a metal substrate 19 with a high thermal conductivity such as an aluminum and the like or an inorganic filler is formed by a printed circuit, and an insulation resisting layer 20' coating the circuit 21 is formed. Accordingly, the board 18 with metal cores itself has excellent radiation efficiency, a distance from a heating position (circuit 21) to a radiation section (metal substrate 19) is also short, and a radiation effect to the air or a chassis is excellent. The circuits 21 are formed easily by such a known means as a printed circuit system, and a quick countermeasure can be done in case a change of the circuit is required.</p> |
