PURPOSE:To obtain image data without generating distortion by eliminating the distortion of an image on the output plane of an image intesifier by the control of a beam scanning on the image pickup plane of a camera. CONSTITUTION:A scanning address on the image pickup plane corresponding to a scanning mode 15 can be obtained as the output of shifters 19, 20 and 21. The output of the shifter 19 generates an address corresponding to a vertical scanning position, and a signal waveform is outputted sequentially from a ROM22 according to the address data, and a vertical deflection operation is performed at a vertical deflection driving part 27. The shifter 20 generates a horizontal scanning address in one vertical scanning period, and a conversion coefficient is outputted from a ROM23 to an arithmetic part 28 according to the address. Also, the shifter 21 generates the address corresponding to a sampling clock in one horizontal scanning period, and a basic waveform is outputted from a ROM24 to the arithmetic part 28 according to the address. The output of the arithmetic part 28 is inputted to a horizontal deflection driving part 31, then, a horizontal deflection operation is performed. |
