PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of cracks by setting the mixture of a side- chain unsaturated polymer, a side chain of which has a (metha)acryloyl group through an urethane bond or an ester bond and a principal chain of which is composed of a carbon-carbon bond, and fillers as an intermediate layer. CONSTITUTION:A curable side-chain unsaturated polymer manufactured by reacting the hydroxyl group of a polymer A, a side chain of which contains the hydroxyl group, and the isocyanate group of unsaturated isocyanate B consisting of the adduct of polyvalent isocyanate and a (metha)acryloyl group and having the free isocyanate group in the polymerizable monomer in the polymer A and the unsaturated isocyanate B is used as an intermediate layer, and fiber-reinforced materials are laminated and reinforced to one surface or both surfaces of the intermediate layer. When a resin is casted and cured, fillers are employed as the resin for casting in combination, proper transparent feeling is obtained, and cracks due to heat generation at the time of curing and molding are prevented simultaneously. |
