PURPOSE:To use the device in high-humidity environment without any trouble by feeding a current to a 1st recording medium and heating it, and thus lowering the humidity of the recording medium itself. CONSTITUTION:A conductive member is fitted on the reverse surface of the 1st recording medium 74 or the support member for the 1st recording medium 74 is made of the conductive material; and electrodes 300a and 300b are arranged where the conductive member abuts on the passage for the 1st recording medium 74. Therefore, the conductive member on the reverse surface of the recording medium 74 abuts on the electrodes 300a and 300b provided on the passage for the medium to supply a current and then heat is generated to dry the 1st recording medium 74. Consequently, the 1st recording medium itself is dried and the device is usable even in high-temperature, high-humidity environment without any trouble. |
