PURPOSE:To synthesize a more natural animation by setting the average value of the time intervals of respective winks in vocalizing and non-vocalizing on initializing and generating a pulse column signal for the vocalizing time and non-vocalizing time of normal distribution corresponding to it. CONSTITUTION:The average value and standard deviation of the time intervals of respective winks in vocalizing and non-vocalizing as initializing data on initializing are transmitted to first and second random number converting parts 282 and 283 of a winking signal generating part 28 provided at a receiving part. On communicating, a pulse column signal for vocalizing time P1 and a pulse column signal for non-vocalizing time P2 are generated from first and second pulse generating parts 284 and 285 at a time interval according to normal distribution corresponding to the average value and the standard deviation of the time intervals of the respective winks in vocalizing and non-vocalizing. Moreover, a pulse column selecting part 287 is switched corresponding to a detecting signal detected at a voice input detecting part 286 at a receiving side, and the synthesizing of a more natural animation can be executed. |
