PURPOSE:To realize an improvement in operating efficiency by a system wherein a movable tank, which travels by means of an overhead traveling crane, is brought to each of stations arranged in parallel, where mixing, dissolution, etc. are performed, in the order of paint manufacturing steps to accomplish each of these steps to thereby provide flexibility in the range of travel of a movable tank and enable a movable tank and a receiver tank to be used interchangeably. CONSTITUTION:A mixing area 2 and a dissolution area 3 are arranged in parallel, wherein a raw material supply station 4, a charging station 5, a mixing station 6, a receiver tank waiting station 7, an auxiliary raw material supply station 19, a filling station 21, etc. are provided. A movable tank 9 is moved by means of overhead traveling cranes 17 and 31 to be brought to the supply station 19, the charging station 5, the mixing station, etc. in consecutive order to accomplish paint manufacturing steps, such as charging and mixing. |
