PURPOSE:To hold fluctuation with respect to the frequency of a compensation value corresponding to a temperature and to improve the characteristic of a whole by providing temperature compensation circuits with respect to first and second IF amplifier circuits and permitting respective temperature compensation circuits to separately execute compensation actions which are to be main when the peripheral temperature is low and high. CONSTITUTION:An output from the first temperature compensation circuit 13 in a dual frequency conversion type transmitter is supplied to a first frequency conversion circuit 15 through the first IF amplifier circuit 14, is frequency-converted by a first local oscillation output fL1 from a terminal 24 and is converted into a second IF signal. The second IF signal is supplied to the second temperature compensation circuit 17 through BPF16, and the output of the circuit 17 is supplied to a second frequency conversion circuit 19 through the second IF amplifier circuit 18. A second local oscillation output fL2 which is obtained by integer-multiplying the local oscillation output fL1 by a multiplying circuit 23 is supplied to the circuit 19, the second IF signal is outputted through BPF20, and the circuits 13 and 17 execute temperature compensation corresponding to respective signals. |
