The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing reinforced sandwich elements for concrete structures. According to the invention, the process comprises the stages of fitting onto a wire element 1, consisting of mutually parallel wires 1a,1b running at a 90 degrees angle one to the other, carrier elements 2 of framework construction, which carrier elements run perpendicular to the plane of the wire element 1. The thus assembled structure 1,2 is suspended in a mould 3 from the upper wires 2a of the carrier elements 2. Fresh concrete 5 or the like is poured into the mould and allowed to solidify. A further wire element 1 is mounted on the upper wires 2a of the carrier elements 2. The obtained structure is lifted up, turned and suspended in the thus cast mould element 6 in the mould and fresh concrete 5 or the like is poured into the mould and allowed to solidify. <IMAGE> |
