PURPOSE:To enable a proper tool change operation by providing a spring for a rod to transmit an oscillation effect to a crank and arranging a crank oscilla tion stopper for stopping the advance motion of the crank to a tool exchange position at the predetermined location. CONSTITUTION:When a main spindle rises for the exchange of tools, the first cam 8 actuates a lever roller 29 and draws a crank 6 toward a spindle head 1 against an extension spring 17 while turning the lever 4 in an arrow A direc tion. Furthermore, when the finger 91 of a tool holder 9 on a turret 3 comes to the predetermined position, a crank oscillation stopper 25 stops the crank 6 and the further cranking of the lever 4, or the drawing amount of the turret 3 is absorbed by a load spring 16 with in a rod 10. Finally, the finger 91 of the tool holder 9 is capable of mounting and demounting a tool along an ideal locus. Consequently, the occurrence of rattling of the spindle head 1 for an arbor holding part and the turret 3 for the tool holder 9 can be prevented. |
