CONSTITUTION:Flesh and fruit juice of citrus fruits such as Chinese Citron, orange or grape fruit are blended with flavor vegetable such as onion, ginger or garlic, a saccharide and optionally further proper amounts of vinegar, salt, spice, etc., and made into a pasty state under reduced pressure at low temperature. |
