PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of connection to an old mobile communication exchange through a fixed network by transferring the subscriber information of a mobile machine from the visitor memory station corresponding to the old exchange to the visitor memory station corresponding to a new mobile communication exchange and reselecting the new connecting route which makes the connecting route between a communicating opposite terminal and the mobile machine the optimum. CONSTITUTION:When a mobile machine 1 starts to move from a radio zone 20 to another radio zone 21, a mobile communication exchange 3 sends a re-routing designating signal to a junction cable exchange 4 in a fixed network 22. Upon receiving the re-routing designating signal, a subscriber's line exchange 5 selects a line 33 so that the route to a mobile communication exchange 7 on the radio zone 21 side can become the optimum. The exchange 7 sets a radio channel 19 with a line 18 to a radio base station 8. The exchange 5 connects lines 15 and 16 to the line 33 in a multiple state. The mobile communication exchange 3 informs the mobile machine 1 of the radio channel 19. Then the mobile machine 1 switches its radio channel to the radio channel 19 of the radio zone 21.
