ARTIFICIAL TOOTH-SKULL MODEL FOR DENTAL USE

PURPOSE: To make the rear side internal cavity of the denture of a denture-skull model visible in a state free from opened and shielded objects by placing the latch struts adjacent to the articular-joined jaw part joiners on both sides by a structure of a latching device having the shape of two latch struts. CONSTITUTION: The mandibular model 3 is connected to the maxillary model 2 via the articular-joined two jaw part connectors 4 disposed on both sides of the jaw part models 2, 3. The top of the maxillary model 2 is provided with the latch device 5 which extends downward and may be coupled to the madibular model 3 in order to fix the denture-skull model 2 in the open state. Another latch device 5 consists of the two latch struts 6 adjacent to the respective jaw part connectors 4. The rear side internal cavity of the denture-skull model 1 is made visible in the opened state. As a result, the observation of the biting state of the teeth is made possible without obstruction by anything.
