PURPOSE: To easily line a buried pipe by pulling a liner through a die without bending, pulling it through a tube by reducing its diameter in the case of elongat ing in a lengthwise direction, removing a tensile load and reverting it to at least a minimum inner diameter of the tube. CONSTITUTION: A liner 30 is made of polyethylene, and pulled through an extruding die 36 and a tube 10 via a winch 32 and a cable 34. The cable 34 is supplied via the tube 10 and the die 36, and mounted at a tensile conical unit attached to the liner 30. And, the winch 32 is operated, and the liner 30 is pulled at an elongation ratio of a lengthwise direction by 10% or preferably less than 8%. An advancing speed of the liner 30 may be, for example, 3 m/min. When the pulling is finished, the liner 30 is returned to a minimum inner diameter of the tube 10 to complete the lining. A circular opening 52 of the liner 36 is formed with an inlet 54, a throat 58 and an exit 59, and the inlet 54 is formed at an angle of 10 to 15 degrees. |
