<p>PURPOSE:To control and adjust board thickness after foaming easily and positively by excessively foaming a foamed laminate by an oven for preheating, gradually compressing the laminate by rolls arranged at a constant gradient, delivering the laminate in specified thickness and compressing and curing the laminate by a pushing conveyor. CONSTITUTION:Glass-fiber nonwoven fabric mat 1 impregnated with a resol group phenol resin to which a foaming agent is added are laminated, placed on a belt conveyor 2, fed to an oven 3 for preheating, heated up to the temperature of a gas blowing reaction, foamed excessively, and compressed by stages by rolls 4 disposed at a fixed gradient such as 1/100. A raw material G' after it passes through the final roll 4 by compression and deaeration is formed in approximately the same thickness as the thickness of a final molded form, and finally compressed and shaped and cured by a pushing conveyor 5 oppositely arranged to the belt conveyor 2, thus forming a fiber-reinforced foamed resin forming board having the smooth surface state and a homogeneous cross section.</p> |
