PURPOSE:To improve lubricating performance on steel-steel sliding to substantially the same level as that of a mineral oil grease, by adding a melamine/(iso) cyanuric acid adduct and polytetrafluoroethylene as thickening agents to a silicone oil. CONSTITUTION:The title silicone grease compsn. is prepared by adding 25-150pts. wt. solid lubricant as a thickening agent to 100pts.wt. base oil comprising as an active ingredient a silicone oil, such as dimethylsilicone, methylphenysilicone or a modified silicone contg. an amino group, a polyether group or a fluorine atom. The solid lubricant comprises a melamine/(iso)cyanuric acid adduct and polytetrafluoroethylene in a wt. ratio of 95:5-10:90. |
